- If you choose a colored background, please select your preferred color from the available options. If you desire more than one color, specify in the comments section, indicating where each color should be applied.
- Please, provide us with as much information as possible. We like to know the story behind the photos, as it helps us capture the maximum feeling of the moment.
- Please inform us about: essential elements in the photo (any adornment that cannot be missed and needs highlighting, important background elements, or just the models in the photo, any other elements to be added). The more information you provide, the better we can capture the essence of the moment the photo was taken.
- Any text? Names, dates, phrases?
- Customized products take an additional 2 to 4 business days for shipping.
- After receiving your order, our creative team will prepare a virtual model of your personalized mug. This will be sent to you for approval, ensuring that every detail is perfect before we proceed to production.
